Return and Exchange Policy:

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery .To return or exchange a product , kindly send us an email including your order number, product details, the original purchase receipt, and a description of the issue to [email protected]. One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you promptly. Alternatively, you can reach us via WhatsApp at +923274061952, Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time). Please ensure that any returns are shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order to proceed with the process.  Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing should be in its original condition with invoice attached.

Disclaimer:

There might be an error of 1-3 cm due to manual measurements and colors of the actual item may vary slightly due to varying lighting and monitor effects therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason. Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description. Karveda does not cater returns reported after the first 48 hours of delivery.

    Return Procedure:

    Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided you have the original proof of purchase receipt sent to your email at the time of purchase. To return an item, follow these steps:

    • Take a photo of the items you wish to return as proof, and share it with our customer care team.
    • Find your receipt sent to your email, containing the original order number.
    • Submit a return request on WhatsApp +923274061952, including your order details, name, email address, phone number, reason for return, and evidence such as pictures or videos.
    • Our customer care team will assess your request and contact you if it meets the return criteria.
    • If approved, dispatch the item back to us using any courier service. In this case the return courier charge will not be borne by Karveda.
    • Upon reviewing your complaint, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value, with a credit expiry date.
    • If a product is returned to Karveda Warehouse in an inadequate condition or if the product is tempered, damaged or the care instructions have been violated, we reserve the right to refuse to issue the return or exchange or store credit.
    • If your return claim is rejected, you'll be notified within 5 business days.

    Eligibility Criteria for return:

    • If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incomplete condition, an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value (usable only on the website), with a credit expiry date against return will be issued.
    • wrong product has been delivered.

    NON ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR A RETURN

    • If a product is returned to Karveda Warehouse in an inadequate condition or if the product is tempered, damaged or the care instructions have been violated, we reserve the right to refuse to issue the return or exchange or store credit.
    • Reasons: Like no longer needed or changed my mind or no technical reason but just want to cancel the order or you do not like the product after opening the package will not be entertained.
    • Customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange because customized orders are showed to the customers before dispatching/shipping and dispatched and shipped only after approval from the customer.
    • Products on which a special discount is given are not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Any orders where a customer has been given a special discount as a favor can not be returned.

    Refund Policy:

    We have a no Refund Policy expect for exceptional cases where product is out of stock. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment after complete processing of application.

    We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit (usable on the website only) shall be issued against the refused parcel once it has been received back at our Warehouse in original condition with  terms and conditions applied.

    Important Note:

    Karveda is not responsible for damage of print or fading of colors due to washing or ironing.

    Karveda monitors return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at Karveda in all insatnces.

Hamara aik customer service wakil foran aap se rabta karega. Digar tareeqa yeh hai ke aap hum se WhatsApp par bhi rabta kar sakte hain +923274061952, Monday se Saturday tak, subah 10:00 baje se shaam 6:00 baje tak (Pakistan Standard Time). Yaad rakhein ke koi bhi wapasi ko hamare pass 7 din ke andar andar mil jana chahiya apko order mil chuka hona k baad. Mehrbani kr k yaad rakhein ke product istemal na kiya gaya ho, sab tags mojood hon, packing asal halat mein ho aur invoice sath ho.

    Manually measurements ki wajah se 1-3 cm ka khata ho sakta hai aur asal item ke rang mein thodi tabdeeli aati hai taqreeban roshni aur monitor ke asar ki wajah se is liye products is khaas wajah ke liye tabadla ke laayak nahi hain.       • Un items ki tasveer lein jo aap wapas karna chahte hain taake yeh saboot hai aur customer care team ke saath share karein.
      • Apni email par bheje gaye receipt mein, jo asal order number ko shamil karta hai, dhoondhein.
      • WhatsApp par wapas ka dawa karen +923274061952, jismein apne order ke tafseelat, naam, email address, phone number, wapas ka sabab aur tasveer ya videos jaise saboot shamil karein.
      • Hamari customer care team aapke dawa ko dekhegi aur agar woh wapas ke shara'it ko pura karte hain to aap se rabta karegi.
      • Agar manzoor kiya gaya, kisi bhi courier service ka istemal karke humein item wapas bhej dein. Is halat mein wapas ka courier charge Karveda nhi uthai ja.
      • Aapke shikayat ko dekhte hue, hum aapko barabar ya kam qeemat ke tabadla ya store credit ke tawafuq par exchange kar sakte hain, jiska credit khas muddat k liya hu ja.
      • Agar product Karveda Warehouse mein na-munasib halat mein wapas kiya gaya ho ya agar product kharaab hai ya dekhbhaal ki hui hedayat ko nazr andaaz kiya gaya ho, to humein wapas ya tabadla ya store credit denay se inkaar karne ka haq hai.
      • Agar aapki wapas ki dawa ko rad kiya gaya ho, to aapko 5 business days ke andar inform kiya jayega.

      • Agar product Karveda Warehouse mein na-munasib halat mein wapas kiya gaya ho ya agar product kharaab hai ya dekhbhaal ki hui hedayat ko nazr andaaz kiya gaya ho, to humein wapas ya tabadla ya store credit denay se inkaar karne ka haq hai.
      • Reasons: Jaise ke ab zaroorat nahi hai ya dil badal gaya hai ya koi technical wajah nahi lekin sirf order ko cancel karna chahte hain ya aapko package kholne ke baad product pasand nahi aaya, inhein qubool nahi kiya jayega.
      • Customize kiye gaye orders wapas ya tabadla ke liye kabil nahi hain kyunke customize kiye gaye orders ko dispatch/shipping se pehle customers ko dikhaya jata hai aur sirf customer ki manzoori ke baad bheja jata hai.
      • Special discount par diye gaye products tabadla ya wapas ke liye kabil nahi hain.
      • Kisi customer ko khaas discount diya gaya ho to unhein wapas nahi kiya ja sakta.

      Refund Policy:

      Hamara koi refund ka qanoon nahi hai siwaye aise halat ke jahan product out of stock ho. Aapka refund puri tawajju' se istemal hone ke baad aapke asal tareeqe se payment method par wapas bhej diya jayega.

      Hum kisi bhi daawon ko manzoor nahi karenge jo faraham hone par khareedari ke waqt customer parcel ko delivery ke waqt manna karde. Balki, jab ye parcel hamare Warehouse mein wapas aaye ga to original halat mein tb store credit (sirf website par istemal ke liye) diya jayega, shara'it lagoo hongi.

      Important Note:

      Karveda dhobne ya istree ke istemal se print ya rang ki kharabiyon ya rangat ka kam honay ke liye zimmedar nahi hai. Karveda wapas ki aml k doran koi batmeezi dekhta ha tu Karveda mein wapas ya tabadla ko har haal mein mehdood karne ka haq rakhta hai.
